摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院糖尿病联络护士小组的建立及运行效果。方法以综合医院各护理单元内的1~2名护理骨干为主体建立糖尿病联络护士小组,有计划组织学习,开展活动,形成全院范围内糖尿病护理网络组织,为住院糖尿病患者提供专科性、连续性护理服务。结果糖尿病联络护士小组成立后,非糖尿病科护士的糖尿病理论知识和操作技能提高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;住院糖尿病患者健康知识掌握情况提高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论综合医院成立糖尿病联络护士小组能够提高非糖尿病科护士对糖尿病专科知识的掌握,提升专科护理质量,推动护理专科化发展。Objective To investigate the setting up and operating results of the general hospital diabetic liaison nurse group. Methods 1 to 2 nursing backbone within the general hospital as the main to establish the diabetic liaison nurse group, with plans to organize learning activities, the formation of diabetes care within the hospital network organization, providing specialist, continuous care for the patients with diabetes. Results After setting up the diabetic liaison nurse group, the non-diabetic endocrine nurses＇ theoretical knowledge and skills improved （P 0.05 or P 0.01）; Hospitalized patients with diabete health knowledge level improved（P 0.05 or P 0.01）. Conclusion General hospital diabetic liaison nurse group can improve the non-diabetic nurses to get specialist knowledge of diabetes, improve quality of specialist nursing, and promote the development of specialist nursing.
