摘　　要：核因子-kappa B是一种重要的核内转录因子,在细胞炎性反应、免疫反应以及细胞凋亡等过程中起着非常重要的作用,并在炎性骨病的发生及发展起着重要的作用。本文就近年来其在炎性骨病中的作用做一综述。Nuclear factor-kappa B（NF-κB） is an important transcription factor which have the special DNA-binding.It play a major role in the inflammatory diseases,immune responses and apoptosis.This review resents the role of NF-κB in chronic inflammatory bone diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and periodontitis,and the research progression of some therapy of NF-κB is also introduced.
