摘　　要：在不同烈度地震作用下,针对某一复合结构体系住宅模型进行了承载能力分析,对几种烈度地震作用下的振型进行研究,为复合结构住宅的设计及适用范围提供了参考.Aiming at a residential building model made of composite structures,the carrying capacity in different seismic intensity was analyzed,and the mode of vibration under the action of earthquake in some intensity was studied,which would provide the reference for the design and the applicable scope of residential buildings made of composite structures.
