On the Party's Basic Experiences in Leading Social Thoughts during the Process of Ideological Innovation since the Implementation of Reform and Open-up Policies

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我党在意识形态创新过程中引领社会思潮经历了三个主要阶段。这一时期,我党以马克思主义意识形态引领社会思潮的基本经验主要有:坚持马克思主义的指导地位,是引领社会思潮的核心问题;不断推进马克思主义意识形态的创新,是引领社会思潮的根本动力;及时把握社会思潮的动向和传播趋势,实现对社会思潮适时引领;善于对社会思潮辩证分析、区别对待,实现对社会思潮的针对性引领;注重采取科学的方式和手段,实现对社会思潮的科学引领;以人为本,关注民生,实现对社会思潮的认同引领。Since the implementation of the reform and open-up policies, the Party has experienced three major stages of leading the social thoughts during the ideological innovation process. Basic lessons drawn in this period include the following. Adhering to the guidance of Marxism is the key to leading the social thoughts; Continuous promotion of ideological innovation is the basic motive for leading the social thoughts; Timely control of the direction and trend of social thoughts contributes to accomplishments in leading the social thoughts; Dialectical analysis and differentiation in treating different social thoughts offer specific guide to different social thoughts; Scientific methods and means ensure scientific leading of the social thoughts; Human-oriented manners and care for people＇s life result in identification leading of the social thoughts.
