摘 要:在对汽车发电机爪极零件结构分析的基础上,提出了基于结构拆分的爪极闭式一火两锻成形工艺和对应的模具,该工艺先径向墩挤成形出爪极基座部分,然后再反挤出爪齿和中间凸台。利用Deform-3D建立了工艺过程的热力耦合有限元分析模型,并得到了成形过程中坯料形状变化、材料流动和成形载荷等情况。结果表明:该工艺能够获得齿形充填完好、无折叠的锻件;初次墩挤载荷上升较慢,二次反挤时当中部凸台充填完毕后成形载荷急剧上升,终锻载荷为1450kN。Based on the analysis of the structure for alternator poles,two closed die forging steps in one time heating of alternator poles forming process and its forming die were put forward.First,the bottom base of alternator poles was performed by upsetting,then the middle boss and pole claw were formed by reverse extrusion.A 3-D coupled thermo-mechanical finite element model was created,which is analyzed by the software Deform-3D.The billet deformation,metal flow and forming load were obtained.The results show that a well tooth filling forging without overlap defects can be obtained by this process,the forging load at the first step raises slowly when the middle boss is filling completely at the second step and the load raises sharply with the final forging load of 1450 kN.
