摘  要:以PVDF压电薄膜为感应单元,研发出测量精冲压边圈和板料接触压应力的薄膜传感器,避免了以往两个研究的不足:由液压压力推算压边力,中间传递环节会使精度降低;以压边力进行研究,忽略了接触面积不同导致的接触压应力的差异。采用所研发的薄膜传感器测试了0.65mm厚H62板料精冲过程。测试结果发现:接触压应力存在都是在峰值之后以指数形式衰减的两次波动;V形齿压入板料增大了金属流动阻力导致冲裁时接触压应力增加。A new film sensor using PVDF film as sensing element was developed to measure the contact stress,which overcame two weaknesses as follows:when calculating blank holder force by hydraulic pressure,the accuracy of transmission link was reduced;when researching the blank holder force,the difference of contact stresses caused by different contact areas were ignored.The fineblanking process of H62 sheet with thickness of 0.65 mm was testet by the developed stress sensor.The results show that the existing of contact stress is performed in the two waves with exponential decay after the peak,the contact stress rises as the result of the increase in metal flow resistance caused by the V-shaped tooth being pressed into sheet.
