摘 要:以圆筒件拉深凸缘变形区的应力求解为例,在原有主应力法求解的基础上,对应力状态参数β进行了修正。利用β的修正式完善原有的屈服准则,再将新的屈服准则与应力平衡方程联立,求得凸缘变形区内的径向应力和切向应力的修正解。介绍了这种修正解法的推导过程,并将修正解与原主应力法解进行了比较。结果表明,用原主应力法求得的径向应力误差不大,但切向应力的误差则比较明显。Taking stress resolution of flange deformational zone of cylindrical cup drawing as an example,the stress state parameter β was revised based on the results by the usual slab method.The original yield criteria was improved using revised value β.Through the simultaneous solution of the new yield criteria and the stress equilibrium equation,the improved solutions of radial stress and tangential stress in the flange deformational zone were obtained.The derivation process of this solution was introduced,and the improved solutions were compared with the usual results.The analysis shows that the error of radial stress by the usual slab method is small,but the error of tangential stress is relatively obvious.
