摘 要:以单侧双排四通管液压胀形工艺为研究对象,运用数值模拟方法分析不同加载参数条件下单侧双排四通管液压胀形支管高度、壁厚分布和补料情况,得出单侧双排四通管液压胀形壁厚分布和补料的一般规律。结果表明:单侧双排四通管液压胀形以两支管外侧主管补料为主,支管间内侧主管补料很少。加载参数对支管高度和外侧主管补料影响较大,对最大、最小壁厚值和内侧主管补料影响很小。内侧主管壁厚分布比较均匀,厚度分界线在外侧主管且靠近支管区域。Unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming technology was considered as the research object,numerical simulation method was utilized to analyze branch height,thickness distribution and feeding for unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming under different loading paths,then,general rule of distribution and feeding for unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming was obtained.Results suggest that feeding of unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming relies mainly on tube outside two branches,feeding of inside tube between two branches is little.Loading path influences much on branches height and outside tube feeding,it influences little on maximum and minimum thickness and inside tube feeding.The inside tube thickness distribution is homogeneous,and thickness dividing line is on outside tube and closes to branch.
