摘  要:多孔盘零件板料薄、冲孔数量多,需要多种工序进行冲压。根据该零件的结构特点,拟订了复合模冲压成形的工艺方案。对弹簧、橡胶、气垫压边装置工作压力的变化进行了分析。为了防止薄板件拉深起皱和破裂,采用了恒压边力机构。该装置压边力可调,工作压力不随拉深过程急剧增加,压边效果理想。该模具冲裁间隙波动允许值为0.01mm,多凸模装配间隙调整困难,采用低熔点合金固定凸模,使多凸模装配简便易行,同时降低了固定板型孔的加工难度,保证模具获得合理的冲裁间隙。The multi-hole plate is thin and has many holes to be punched and requires many pressing procedures to press.According to its structural characteristics,the technology scheme of compound dies was worked out.The working pressures of the spring,rubber and cushion were analyzed.The corrugating and breaking plates were avoided efficiently by using the machine with constant blank holder force,whose blank holding force was adjustable,the working force didn't increase sharply during stretching,and the forming effect was reasonable.The fluctuating of the die blanking clearance is 0.01 mm,which resulting in the punches mounting difficultly.The punches are mounted simply with fixed terrace of low melting point alloy,the punch-holder plate's holes are manufactured easily,and blanking clearances are assured by the low-melting alloy.
