折板式弯曲模设计研究

摘　　要：介绍了折板式U形弯曲模具设计的要点,其毛坯依靠活动凹模块上的销钉或活动凹模腔定位,并利用外折板底面与凸模两侧设计倾角补偿工件回弹;阐述了该模具设计依据,其弯曲件拐角中性层圆心为凹模块回转中心,介绍了凹模块回转中心的计算方法。由该模具生产的U形弯曲件的尺寸精度、表面质量都较高。The keys about a U-shaped folded plate bending die design were described.The blank was positioned relying on the moving die cavity,using the designed obliquity of the outer flap bottom and both sides of the punch to compensate blank springback angle.The die design refrences were described that the neutral plane centre of bending piece corner is the rotation center of die cavity;also the calculation method about the rotation center of the die cavity was introduced.So the U-shaped bending pieces dimension is accurate and the surface quality is high.
