摘 要:通过自行研制开发的新型复合材料半固态连续机械搅拌设备,制备了半固态的B4C/Y112复合材料浆料,研究了外加增强颗粒B4C的预热处理、颗粒尺寸和质量分数对半固态固相组织的变化规律,并对制备的含不同质量分数B4C颗粒(颗粒尺寸5~7μm)的复合材料进行拉伸、硬度等力学性能测试。结果表明:B4C颗粒经预热处理,颗粒尺寸越大,质量分数越大,固相颗粒越细小、均匀、圆整。加入经过400℃预热处理2h、颗粒尺寸5~7μm和质量分数为6%的B4C颗粒制备的半固态固相颗粒细小、均匀、圆整。半固态铝基复合材料的硬度随着加入B4C颗粒的质量分数增加而不断增大,12wt.%~B4C/Y112复合材料硬度值最高,达到136HV;其抗拉强度随着B4C含量的增加呈先上升后下降趋势。Using the self-developed mechanical stirring machine for preparing continuous semi-solid slurry of composites,semi-solid slurry of composites B4C/Y112 was prepared.The effects of some parameters including preheating treatment of B4C particles,different size of B4C particles and different mass fraction of B4C particles on the micro structural evolution in the slurry were described.Then the tensile,hardness and other mechanical properties of materials prepared with different mass fraction of B4C particles(particle size 5-7 μm)were tested.The results show that after preheating treatment of B4C particles,increasing in size and mass fraction of B4C particles,grain in the slurry becomes fine,uniform and round,but the solid fraction reduces.Under the condition of appropriate parameters: 400℃ preheating treatment for 2 hours,5-7 μm size and 6% mass fraction of B4C particles,grain in the slurry becomes fine uniform and round.The hardness of semi-solid aluminum matrix composites increased with the increasing of concentration of B4C particles,12 wt.%-B4C/Y112 composite had the highest hardness,reached to 136HV.With increasing of the mass fraction of B4C particles,its tensile strength increased first and then decreased.
