摘  要:通过在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对20CrMnTi进行压缩试验,然后将压缩后的试样放在扫描电镜下进行组织观察,进而分析了20CrMnTi在高温塑性变形时变形速率和变形温度对其变形抗力以及微观组织的影响,得到了变形抗力和微观组织随变形速率和变形温度而变化的规律,并且建立了其应力应变模型。为20CrMnTi塑性加工时工艺参数的优化提供了可靠的试验数据参考。Compression test for 20CrMnTi was carried out on hot simulator Gleeble-1500.And the microstructure of the compressed samples was observed by scanning electron microscope.Then the effect of deformation rate and temperature on deformation resistance and microstructure of 20CrMnTi were analysed when it came into plastic deformation at high temperature and the change rules of deformation resistance and microstructure along with deformation rate and temperature were obtained.And stress-strain model was built.It will provide the reliable reference for the process parameters of hot plastic forming of 20CrMnTi.
