摘 要:利用CFD技术,对穿孔基本结构消声器进行建模,并在相同边界条件下,对消声器的空气动力性能进行了仿真分析,研究了穿孔孔径及穿孔率对直流/横流穿孔压力损失的影响规律。结合某挖掘机发动机特性设计了典型穿孔消声器,利用仿真和试验对消声器的性能进行了分析,并将仿真和试验结果进行对比,找出了二者产生较大误差的原因。该研究对于工程机械抗性消声器中有关穿孔结构的设计有一定的应用价值。With CFD technique, typical basic perforated pipe muffler was modeled. Under the same boundary conditions, aerial dynamic performance was simulated and analyzed, and the law how perforation diameters and perforation rates influence on the pressure loss of direct/cross-flow perforated pipe mufflers was studied. A typical perforated pipe muffler was designed according to the engine characteristics of an excavator, and its performance was analyzed by simulation and experiment. Through comparing their results, the reason for bigger error between them was found. The research has some practical application value for designing perforated pipe structures in designing resistance mufflers on construction machinery and equipment.
