摘　　要：在实验室构建的有线电视广播网平台上设计了一种数字电视并播系统,实现了在数据链路层对数字电视UCL(Uniform Content Locator)信息的封装和传输,同时实现了以固定速率、时分复用的方式对16路节目进行并播和客户端的数据解析。该系统有效验证了并播技术的可行性,为实际播存电视应用模型的设计积累了有益的理论依据与实验数据。A kind of parallel-broadcasting system of digital TV was designed on the platform of CATV broadcasting network structured in laboratory, which realized the package for the UCL（Uniform Content Locator ） information of digital TV on the data-link layer, besides realized the parallel-broadcasting of 16-routers program in the way of fixed speed and TDM mode, and the analysis of data at the client end. The system efficiently demonstrates the feasibility of the parallel-broadcasting technology, which acculate necessary theoretical basis and experimental data for the design of practical Broad-Storage TV application-model.
