摘　　要：基于对老年人生理和心理特征的深入分析,通过结合IPTV,提出了针对老年人的关爱电视远程监控服务的三大功能:健康咨询、健康监测、安全监护。由于老人比较熟悉电视机,把电视机作为一个载体,相对于其他的载体而言,老年人更愿意使用电视机。IPTV正在逐步地走进家家户户,电视机的低成本和高覆盖率有利于关爱远程监控服务的市场推广。Based on the detailed analysis of old people, combining with IPTV, three functions （health consultation, health supervision, safety monitoring） of the TV-based caring remote monitoring service are proposed. TV as an interaction tool is a familiar element in the environment of old people, so they prefer interacting with TV than other devices. Rapid development of IPTV and low cost and wide coverage of TV make TV-based caring remote monitoring service popular in the old group.
