摘　　要：目的了解上海市部分地区住院糖尿病患者营养状况。方法对787例住院糖尿病患者进行人体测量和生化检测,分析并评价住院糖尿病患者营养状况。结果按照体质指数(BMI)评价的结果,营养不良和营养正常者分别占49.4%(389/787)和50.6%(398/787)。营养不良者中,体重过低、超重及肥胖者分别占6.4%(50/787)、31.9%(251/787)和11.2%(88/787)。中青年组的身高、体重、空腹血糖(FBG)、白蛋白(ALB)及血红蛋白(HGB)水平均显著高于老年组(P值均<0.05)。老年组中,FBG与上臂围(AC)、上臂肌围(MAMC)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(Tch)、HGB呈正相关(P值分别<0.05或0.01);与身高、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)呈负相关(P值分别<0.05或0.01)。中青年组中,FBG与TG和HGB水平呈正相关(P值均<0.05)。结论上海市部分地区住院糖尿病患者营养不良比例较高,FBG与患者营养状况相关。Objective To investigate the nutritional status of the hospitalized patients with diabetes in some districts of shanghai. Methods The nutritional statuses of 787 diabetic patients who were hospitalized in 3 hospitals in 3 districts of Shanghai during January to October 2008 were assessed by anthropometric and biochemical testing. Their nutritional status was analyzed and evaluated. Results According to the body mass index （BMI） results, the malnutrition rate was 49.4% （389/787） in 706 diabetes patients, of them the low body weight patients, overweight patients and obese patients accounted for 6.4% （50/787）, 31.9% （251/787） and 11.2% （88/787）, respectively. The young group had significantly higher height, body weight, and levels of blood glucose （BG）, albumin （ALB） and hemoglobin than the aged group （P〈0.05）. In the aged group, the fasting blood glucose was positively associated with arm muscle circumference, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and hemoglobin （ P〈0. 05 or 0.01 ）, and was negatively associated with the height, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels （ P〈0.05 or 0.01 ）. In the young group, the fasting blood glucose was positively correlated with triglyceride and hemoglobin （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospitalized diabetes patients in some districts of Shanghai have a high proportion of malnutrition; and the blood glucose level is associated with the nutritional status of patients. （Shanghai Med J, 2011, 34： 672-674）
