摘  要:以无水三氯化铝(AlCl3)和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)为晶形控制剂和分散剂,采用碳化法制备了短径为40nm左右的棒状纳米碳酸钙,考察了AlCl3用量对产品形貌及产品性能(吸油值、沉降体积和活化度)的影响。结果表明,当AlCl3用量为1.5%时,所得的产品吸油值最低,为72mL/100g;当AlCl3用量为2.0%时,所得产品沉降体积最大,达4.04mL/g;当AlCl3用量低于1.5%时,活化度随AlCl3用量的增加变化较小,而当AlCl3用量大于1.5%时,活化度随AlCl3用量的增加而明显降低。扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪显示,产品为方解石型棒状纳米碳酸钙。The stick-like nano-CaCO3 was prepared by carbonization, with A1CI3 and EDTA as crystal control and dispering agent. Effect of AlCl3 's content on product's apperance and performance such as DOP absorption, activation and sedimentation volume was studied. The results show that, when the amount of AlCl2 is 1.5%, the DOP absorption comes to its lowest, it is 72mL/100g; when the amount of AlCl3 is 2.01Cl and the amount of EDTA is 11Cl, the sedimentation volume comes to its highest, it is 4. 04mL/g; when the amount of AlCl3 is less than 1.5%, the activation changes little with the increasing of AlCl3, when the amount of AlCl3 is more than 1.5% the activation ruduces obviously with the increasing of AlCl3. SEM and XRD show that the product is stick-like nano-CaCO3.
