摘 要:为实现仪表着陆系统(ILS)、甚高频全向信标台(VOR)、微波着陆系统(MLS)等着陆设备的信号模拟、原位功能检查、性能功能检测、故障诊断和系统功能评估,通过分析各种着陆设备的性能参数和信号格式要求,采用信号处理、总线控制与测试、虚拟仪器、故障诊断与仿真、人工智能及数据库等技术,以PC104为核心,构建满足基层级、中继级、基地级需求的着陆设备综合测试系统的硬件和软件平台,解决了基于DSP/FPGA的DDS低频调制信号产生、基于频率合成和矢量调制的射频信号产生等关键问题;经测试,系统综合性好,自动化程度高,适应三级维修体制对着陆设备的测试深度的不同需求。To realize signal simulation, in situ function test, performance test, fault diagnosis and system performance function evaluation of the landing equipments such as instrument landing system (ILS), VHF Omnidirectional Radio (VOR), Microwave Landing System (MLS), etc. , performance parameter and signal format demand of landing equipments are analyzed, and technologies such as signal processing, bus control and test, virtual instrument, fault diagnosis and emulation, AI, database etc, are adopted to construct airborne landing equipment comprehensive test system with PC104 as core. The system satisfies the demands of basic level, intermediate level and foundation level, and key problems such as generating of the low frequency modulation signal based on DDS of DSP/FPGA, generating of RF signal based on frequency synthesis and vector modulation etc, are solved. Good synthesis and high automaticity of the system satisfy the different test depth demands of landing equipments from three-level preserve organization after system test.
