摘 要:以周立功CAN卡为下位机,在PC机上采用VC++开发监控和标定上位机软件,组成混合动力汽车CAN总线监控系统,实现混合动力汽车CAN总线数据监控和整车控制器(VCU,Vehicle Control Unit)标定;系统具有CAN总线数据采集、显示、存储和回放等功能,同时可实现VCU标定和代替VCU发送控制指令,在台架试验和驻车情况下调试整车基本控制指令,方便和安全地进行整车控制指令发送和响应性能;实验结果表明,所开发的混合动力汽车CAN总线监控系统能够满足整车参数采集和基本控制调试需要。In order to achieve data monitoring and VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) calibration of Hybrid Electric Vehicle based on CAN Bus, Visual C++ is used to develop supervisory and software calibration system in which ZLG CAN card was used as subordinate computer and PC is used as the main control device. The system includes the functions of data acquisition, data display, data collection and data reproducibility, and it can also send control instruction and realize VCU calibration via CAN Bus. Meanwhile, In order to send control instruction and validate the response safely and convenient, it can also send basic control instruction on condition of test-bed tests and vehicle tests. Experimentation result indicates that the supervisory system based on CAN Bus was able to satisfy the request of parameter acquisition and basic control debugging of vehicle.
