摘　　要：目的:建立降防保心胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法:进行细菌、霉菌、酵母菌计数的验证及控制菌检查的验证。结果:试验组的菌回收率均大于70%;控制菌试验组呈阳性,阴性菌对照组呈阴性。结论:细菌、霉菌、酵母菌检查按常规平皿法;控制菌检查按大肠埃希菌常规检查法。Objective：To establish a lower heart-protecting anti-microbial limit test capsule. Method：bacteria, mildew and microzyme count of check verification and validation of the control bacteria. Result： The group of bacteria recovery was more than 70% ; control bacteria test group were positive, negative bacteria group was negative. Conclusion： The bacteria, mildew, microzyme check the con- ventional plate method; control E. coli bacteria examination by routine examination method.
