摘　　要：目的:观察泰脂安胶囊对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法:收集72例ACS患者,随机分为氟伐他汀组(36例)和泰脂安组(36例)。两组均予常规治疗。氟伐他汀组口服氟伐他汀40mg/天,泰脂安组口服泰脂安9粒/天。用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测两组患者治疗前后血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-a)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:与治疗前相比,两组治疗后CRP、TNF-a和IL-6浓度显著下降(P<0.05),氟伐他汀组CRP浓度下降较泰脂安组显著(P<0.05),TNF-a和IL-6两组浓度下降程度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泰脂安胶囊具有抗炎和稳定斑块的重要作用。Objective：To observe the influence oftaizhian capsule on serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute coronary syn- drome（ACS）.Methods：Seventy two patientswith ACS were randomized into two groups：fluvastatin group（n=36）and taizhian group（n= 36）. Fluvastatin g^upweretreated withtluvastatin （40mg per day）androutine treatment.Taizhian group weretreated withtaizhian capsule （9 capsules per day）androutine treatment.The concentration of serum C-reactive protein （CRP）,tumor necrosis factor α （TNF- α）and interleukin 6（IL--6）were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（EL1SA）.Resuhs：After treatment,the concentration of serum CRP,TNF-α and IL--6 were decreased significandy in two groups （P〈0.05）. CRP levels decreased significantly influvastatin group than taizhian group.（P〈0.05）, thedecline of TNF-α and IL-6 concentrationsin the two groups shows nosignificant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Taizhian capsule had effect on anti-inflammation and stabilizing atherosclerotic plaques.
