摘　　要：目的:探讨药源性肾损害的治疗,促进合理使用药物。方法:总结我院对药源性肾损害的临床诊断及治疗,停用对肾损害的可疑药物,对症治疗。结果:药源性肾损害的患者基本痊愈或好转。结论:临床应严格掌握用药指征,密切观察用药后反应,尽可能避免或减少药源性肾损害的发生。Objective：Explore the treatment of drug-induced kidney damage, promote the rational use of drugs. Methods： Our hospital for drug-induced renal injury diagnosis and treatment, disable the suspected drug for kidney damage, symptomatic treatment. Re- suits： Drug-induced kidney damage in patients cured or improved basic. Conclusion ：Clinical indications for treatment should be strictly controlled and closely observed after reaction, as much as possible to avoid or reduce the incidence of drug-induced kidney damage.
