摘  要:在pH=4.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,基于表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化胺对色氨酸催化高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应有较强的增敏作用,建立了测定色氨酸的表面活性剂增敏催化动力学荧光新方法.研究了反应的适宜条件及动力学参数.在优化实验条件下,色氨酸浓度在3.0~25.0 mg/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为ΔIF=4.989c+0.001 5(c:mg/L),相关系数r=0.999 4,方法的检出限为0.4 mg/L.对浓度为5.0mg/L色氨酸标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%.该法使用表面活性剂为增敏剂,大大提高了方法的灵敏度.方法用于蔬菜中色氨酸的测定,加标回收率为92%~105%,6次测定的相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.6%,结果令人满意.A new catalytic spectrofluorimetric method using suffactant as sensibilizer was proposed for the determination of trace tryptophan, based on enhancing effect of surfactant Hexadecyl trimethyl anunonium Bromide to the oxidation of rhodamine B by high potassium iodate, catalysed by tryptophan, in pH = 4.8 HAc-NaAc buffer solution. The optimum reaction conditions and kinetic parameters of this reaction were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the trypt@an concentration within a range of 3.0 - 25.0 mg/L had a good linear relation, the regression equation was △iF = 4.989 c + 0. 001 5( c : mg/L) with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 4. The detection limit of method was 0.4 mg/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 11 ) for 5.0 mg/L tryptophan was 1.7 %. The developed method, with surfactant as sensitizer, had high sensitivity, and was applied for the detection of tryptophan in vegetable with spiked recoveries of 92% - 105%, and RSDs of 0.9%-2.6%.
