摘　　要：1型糖尿病患者中糖尿病肾病(DKD)和2型糖尿病的发病率在不断增高,因此对其诊治已成为人们日益关注的焦点。近年来,对早期DKD的诊断与治疗愈发受到重视。前列腺素E1(PGE1)是一种具有多种生物活性的强大血管扩张剂,具有扩张血管和改善微循环的双重作用,广泛应用于阻塞性动脉硬化疾病的治疗。同时,具有显著减少蛋白尿及延缓DKD进展的作用,受到人们的广泛关注。现就PGE1在DKD临床治疗中的应用进行综述。The incidence of type 1 diabetic kidney disease（DKD）and type 2 diabetic has been ever-growing,therefore,people are paying more attention to the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Prostaglandin E1（PGE1）is a powerful vasodilators and has a variety of biological activities.It can expand the vessel and improve the microcirculation obviously.It can also be applied to cure pinning artery hardening disease and has the remarkable function on reducing albuminuria and delaying DKD progression.All of above is drawing extensive attention in recent years.Here is to review the clinical study on application of PGE1 in treating DKD.
