摘　　要：目的检测肥胖患者血清中结合珠蛋白(Hp)表型及Hp基因频率的分布,并分析其与肥胖症之间的关系。方法应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,检测120例肥胖患者和60例正常对照者血中Hp的表型分布。结果肥胖组与正常对照组相比,Hp2-2表达明显增高(P<0.05),Hp2基因频率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论带有血清Hp2-2的人群可能对肥胖有遗传易感性,Hp2基因在肥胖患者中有聚集现象,可能在肥胖症发病中起一定作用。Objective To investigate the distribution of serum haptoglobin phenotypes and gene frequency in obesity patients and their relations with obesity.Methods The distribution of haptoglobin phenotypes in the serum of 120 obesity patients,and 60 cases of normal controls were determined by polyacrylamide gel vertical lat-bed electrophoresis.Results Compared with normal controls,Hp2-2 was significantly increased in obesity groups（P0.05）,Hp2 allele was also higher（P0.05）.Conclusion People with Hp2-2 might have genetic predisposition to obesity.Hp2 allele frequency might assemble in obesity patients which may play a role in the pathogenesis of obesity.
