摘  要:2007-2008年,在西藏色季拉山先后进行了3次柳兰属Chamaenerion观赏植物资源的调查,并于2008年进行了网脉柳兰C.conspersum的育苗试验,调查和试验结果发现:(1)色季拉山有两种观赏价值较高的柳兰属植物,分别是柳兰C.angustifolium、网脉柳兰,而宽叶柳兰C.latifolaum的分布需要进行进一步调查证实。(2)柳兰、网脉柳兰是无限花序植物,自播能力强,根孽多,适于扦插、压条等无性繁殖;喜光,喜凉爽湿润的气候条件;忌干旱条件,不耐炎热,耐寒性强;适生于湿润肥沃、腐殖质丰富的土壤。在土壤肥沃、排水良好地方生长健康,花多而大。(3)网脉柳兰总状花序长度、花量变异大,可以进行优良单株选择,培育不同栽培目的的优良品种;(4)在7~12℃、空气湿度60%条件下,网脉柳兰从播种到开始萌芽需要40 d,萌芽期长达30 d以上。The germplasm investigation of Chamaenerion in Shergyla Mountain have been performed 3 times in 2007 and 2008,and a preliminary studying on seedling nursing method of C.conspersum has been undergone in 2008.Based on the investigation and seedling nursing experiment,the results show that:(1) there are 2 species Chamaenerion ornamental plants in Shergyla Mountain,namely,C.angustifolium and C.conspersum,and C.latifolaum is uncertain yet;(2) C.angustifolium and C.conspersum are indefinite inflorescence plants,have strong ability of self-seeding and root division,and are suitable for vegetative propagation,such as layering and cutting.And C.angustifolium and C.conspersum are like environmental conditions of cool,nutrient and light tendency,no tolerance to drought and poorness;(3) The inter-individual variations on inflorescence length and flower number of C.conspersum were quite large,are favorable to select superior plant for different cultivated object.(4) at 7-12℃ and 60% RH conditions,the germination of C.conspersum takes 40 days,and the germination stage is prolonged up to 30 days.
