摘 要:采用聚酯薄膜,载玻片,PFU(聚氨酯薄膜塑料块)和PVC(聚氯乙烯网孔板)4种人工基质,对东北某河流B水节霉高发区的微生物生长变化情况进行了研究.对各人工基质上生物量进行了测定和比较.结果表明:河流B水节霉高发期高发区各采样点生物量随时间呈逐渐增加趋势;河流B和纳污河C交汇点上游100 m处(4#采样点)及河流B水节霉发生地蓄水大坝左侧(1#采样点)PVC上生物量分别为231和186 g/m2,明显高于蓄水大坝中间和右侧(2#和3#采样点,分别为94和117 g/m2),生物量的变化跟水质污染状况有关,污染严重的采样点生物量较高;污染源附近暗口(6#采样点)和暗井(5#采样点)聚酯薄膜上的生物量分别为331和242 gm2,高于总汇入口处(7#采样点,142 g/m2);总汇入口处不同基质上生物量有所差别,其中PFU和载玻片上生物量较高(分别为622和471 g/m2),远大于聚酯薄膜(142 gm2),可能与基质表面粗糙程度和流水冲刷有关.The microbial growth and variation in the Leptomitus lacteus high-occurrence area of River B in northeast China were studied using four different artificial substrates(polyester films,slides,PFU and PVC).The Leptomitus lacteus symbiont's microbial biomass on the artificial substrates was measured and compared.The results showed that the L.lacteus symbiont's microbial biomass at each sampling point gradually increased with time in the L.lacteus high-occurrence area of River B during the high-occurrence period.The PVC biomass was 231 and 186 gm2,respectively,at the two sampling points,100 meters upstream of the wastewater discharge River C(#4 sampling site) and on the left side of the Water Storage Dam of the L.lacteus occurrence area in River B(#1 sampling site).These PVC biomass readings were significantly higher than those in the middle(#2 sampling site) and right side(#3 sampling site) of the Water Storage Dam,which were 94 and 117 g/m2,respectively.The variation of biomass was related to the water pollution situation.The seriously polluted sampling points showed higher biomass.The biomass of polyester films in the dummy opening(#6 sampling site) and dummy well(#5 sampling site) close to the pollution sources were 331 and 242 gm2,respectively,higher than that of the Sewage Ditch(#7 sampling site),which was 142 g/m2.The biomass on the polyester films,slides and PFU were different in the Sewage Ditch.The biomass of the PFU and slides were 622 and 471 gm2,respectively,much higher than the 142 g/m2 of the polyester.This may be related to the roughness of the substrate surface and the constant swing of substrates caused by the flow of water.
