摘  要:归纳了ZnO的物理化学基本特性,简述了ZnO的光催化反应机理,重点介绍了ZnO光催化剂的制备方法、应用及改性研究现状,同时分析了目前ZnO光催化技术需要解决的问题,并对纳米ZnO在光催化治理有毒有机污染物领域的发展前景进行了展望.Nano ZnO has been used as a promising photocatalyst in degradation of many toxic organics in many studies.In this paper the basic physical and chemical properties and mechanism of photocatalytic process were described briefly.Preparation methods of ZnO were compared,and liquid phase processes were emphasized.As a photocatalyst,ZnO has some drawbacks,such as its poor response to visible light,quick recombination of charge carriers and critical drawbacks of photocorrison.Researches about surface metallization,doping,conjugation of metal oxides and surported ZnO catalyst to overcome these minors were reviewed.And finally,the development prospect and problems in photocatalytic technology of ZnO to be solved were presented.
