摘 要:结合国内外提高装炉煤堆密度对改善焦炭质量影响的研究,总结了捣固炼焦、配型煤炼焦、煤调湿、煤预热、微粉预成型等工艺的特点、效果及装炉煤堆密度的改善情况。指出在优质炼焦煤资源匮乏和高炉炼铁对焦炭质量要求日益提高的条件下,通过增加装炉煤堆密度改善焦炭的质量,可扩大炼焦用煤范围。Based on researches about influence of increasing pile specific gravity of oven charged coal on coke quality at home and abroad, it is concluded the characteristics and effects of various processes: stamp charging cokiug, coal blending coking, coal moisture content adjusting, coal preheating, coal fine powder pre - forming as well as the improvement of pile specific gravity of oven charged coal. It is pointed out that facing to lack of high - quality coking coal and higher and higher demand for coke quality, with increasing pile specific gravity of oven charged coal the range of usable coal for coking can be expanded.
