摘　　要：介绍了河北敬业集团炼钢厂对小方坯连铸机的结晶器、中间包、二冷配水系统进行高效化改造过程,采用了窄水缝技术和长寿命中包快速更换定径水口技术,实现了转炉与连铸机生产能力的匹配,提高了铸坯产量和质量,减少了漏钢事故,收益可观。It is introduced the high-efficiency reformation of billet caster in steelworks of Hebei Jingye Group,Ltd.,including its mold,tundish and second water cooling system： adopting narrow water seam technique and long-life fast-exchanging regular-diameter nozzle for tundish.It realizes the matching between productivity of converter and one of caster,improves quality and increases output of billet,reduces steel leakage.
