摘　　要：煤矿工人生态意识薄弱,需要社会工作者运用个案社会工作、小组社会工作、社区社会工作以及综合社会工作模式介入以提升其生态意识。但是,在这个过程中,存在着专业社会工作者严重匮乏、矿工对社会工作者缺乏了解以及煤矿工人的高流动性导致社会工作介入的非持续性等困境,这就需要我们不断努力,以推动社会工作的职业化进程。Colliers are poorly awared of ecology, so they need social workers to interpose in and promote their ecological awareness by various means of social work. Yet, some predicaments, including the serious lack of professional social workers, the colliers＂ poor knowledge of social work as well as their high mobility, lead to the discontinuity of the interposition;accordingly, this motivates people to make more efforts in order to develop the professionalization of social work.
