论高校入党积极分子教育培养的着力点

摘　　要：入党积极分子队伍是党员队伍的后备军,切实抓好入党积极分子的教育和培养是做好党员发展工作,保证新党员质量,加强党组织建设的必要保证。高校党务工作者应深入分析入党积极分子队伍建设面临的新情况新问题,着力从入党动机、理论素养、政治立场、学习态度、工作作风、群众基础等方面深入开展入党积极分子的教育培养工作,确保新党员质量。Active applicants for CPC membership are reserves of party members, so attaching importance to the education and cultivation of these people is a necessary guarantee for recruitment of new party members, an insurance of new members＇qualities and improvement of Party building. University staff engaged in management of Party affairs should deeply analyze the new situation and new problems involving the construction of the team of activists, further develop the education and cultivation of those activists by focusing on factors such as their motivation of joining the Party. their theoretical attainment, their political stance, their learning attitudes and work style, and their mass basis, so as to make sure of the new party members＇ quality.
