摘 要:为进行紫花苜蓿种质耐荫性鉴定,在人工模拟遮荫条件下研究了从美国引进的10个紫花苜蓿品种在大田环境下的生育和产量表现。结果表明:50%遮光率对紫花苜蓿植株生育影响显著,表现为植株高度显著增加,主侧茎节数、主茎粗、侧茎长等性状呈不同程度下降,下部叶片衰老脱落加快,饲草品质下降。遮荫导致不同基因型紫花苜蓿产量极显著下降,下降幅度为23.5%~54.6%,导致减产的主要因素是单茎质量和单株分枝数的减少。综合分析,相对适宜林下种植的紫花苜蓿品种有APOIIO SUPREME、AGGRESSOR和朝阳等,但其耐荫具有相对性。Under shading simulated by manpower, plant growth and yields of 10 alfalfa genotypes introduced from the USA were respectively investigated in field to identify the shaded-tolerance. The results showed 50% light shading affected plant growths significantly. It was obvious that main stem lenghths increased while stem burls, stem diameters and lateral branches, etc. decreased to different extents. Shading accelerated senescence and abscission of lower leaves and caused herbage quality losses. Under shading, yields of 10 genotypes decreased 23.5%~54.6%, the main factors of which were reductions of single stems and single plant branches. Analyses indicated APOLLO SUPREME, AGGRESSOR, and ZHAO YANG, etc. of relative shaded-tolerance were adaptable to be planted under trees
