摘  要:周转轮系的传动比计算比较复杂,也常被设计者所忽略,然而,有些周转轮系却因效率太低而失去意义。在分析影响传动效率的众多因素的基础上,将周转轮系分为8种情形,分别推导出其效率计算公式。最后通过一系列的应用实例,验证了计算方法的有效性和核算轮系效率的必要性,指出轮系的效率,不仅取决于单个齿轮副的效率,还与哪个轴被固定、哪根轴为输入轴,以及增速比系数的大小和正、负均有关,情形不同,系统传动效率也不同。在这些因素中,尤其以轮系的增速比因数影响最显著。文中得出的结论,对于轮系设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。Computing a transmission ratio of an epicyclic gear is more complex than that of a fixed axis gear,for a long time,people pay attention to design the transmission ratio of gear train,and research on the transmission efficiency of it is few.Based on analysing the impact of a number of factors on the transmission efficiency of an epicyclic gear train,the epicyclic gear train is divided into 8 kinds of cases,and formula for calculating its efficiency is derived,respectively.Finally,the correctness of the conclusion is verified through a series of application examples,and the need for accounting an efficiency of gear train in the design of gear train is pointed out,as well as,presented that the efficiency of gear train,not only on the efficiency of a single gear pair,which also is a fixed axis,which axis is input axis and which axis is output axis in gear train,as well as the size and positive and negative of the growth rate factor are concerned,and the case is different,the transmission efficiency of the system is different.Of these factors,in particular,the impact of the growth rate factor is the most significant.The results obtained has certain guiding significance and reference value in design for gear train.
