康健社区糖尿病“知己”健康管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察健康管理对于糖尿病患者健康状况的影响。方法根据人选标准选取糖尿病患者80人，随机分为对照组和干预组。干预组进行“知己”健康管理，在干预前后测量糖尿病患者的体重、腰臀围、血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及问：卷调查，根据体检指标和认知能力的变化，评价知己健康管理的效果。结果经过6个月的“知己”健康管理，体重、腰臀围、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、平均每日医疗费支出有所下降，而对糖尿病相关知识、态度认知能力均有所提高，与干预前比较，变化达到了显著水平（P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病的社区健康管理对控制糖尿病病情有一定借鉴意义。Objective Observe the influence that Method Divide the patients randomly into two groups： the health management exerts on the diabetes patients. the contrast group and the intervened group according to the norm. Measure the weight, waist, buttocks, blood pressure, blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and survey of the diabetes patients before and after the ＂zhiji＂ management has carried out. Evaluate the influence that the medical treatment has been exerted on the patients＇ health condition according to the variation of heath checkup data or cognitive ability. Results The weight, waist, buttocks, fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin anti average daily medical treatment fee of the patients has dropped after ＂zhiji＂ management for 4 to 6 months while the patients have commanded more diabetes related knowledge and enhanced their cognitive ability. Compared with the data before the management, variation has reached remarkable lever. （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The specific health management on diabetes in community has been the successful experiences of others to control the diabetes.
