摘　　要：目的:详细阐述设备管理信息系统(EMIS)设计实现的全过程。方法:介绍设备管理的内容、设备管理体系的结构。进行了设备管理系统功能模块的设计并论述了该系统实现的方法和实施计划。结果:通过科学的、规范的、符合实际的设备管理系统,可以使设备管理实现自动化,为医院优化管理提供有效的工具,使设备管理工作规范化,减少了随意性,提高了设备资源的利用率和工作效率,使作业计划的准确性和科学性得以保障,有助于医院经营目标的实现。结论:作为整个医院信息管理系统的一个子系统,设备管理信息系统具有良好的数据共享性,能够和其它管理系统进行联接,实现信息共享,提高管理的高效性和准确性。Objective： To elaborate the whole process that the management system of medical equipment and instruments is designed and manipulated, and introduces its content and systematic architecture. Methods： Its functional modules , methods and plans to be carried out have been stated. By the scientific, standard and down-to-earth management system, automation can be realized in the equipment management in hospitals , which provides them with effective tools and standardization in optimal hospital management and enhances their working efficiencies to abate their arbitrariness and ensures that their plans and aims are completed perfectly . Conclusion： As a subsystem of the hospital information management system , the system is good at sharing data and interaction with other management systems to embody its exactness and high efficiency.
