摘 要:使用实验室自制高效光降解反应器研究了隐性孔雀石绿(LMG)在有机相中的光化学降解过程,探讨了反应介质、盐度对LMG光化学降解反应动力学的影响.实验结果表明,LMG在有机相中的光化学降解反应为近似一级反应;反应介质的极性对LMG光化学降解反应影响显著,介质极性越大,反应速率越小;盐度对LMG光化学降解反应无明显影响.LMG在光照条件下生成孔雀石绿(MG),随后失去一个或多个亚甲基,生成一系列去甲基化衍生物.The mechanism of photochemical degradation of leucomalachite green (LMG) in solvent media has been investigated with a laboratory-built photochemical degradation (PCD) device. Spectrometric characteristics of LMG and it main degradation products suggested that LMG had deassociated under UV irradiation. The kinetics of the photochemical reaction demonstrated that laboratory- built PCD was of high efficiency for off-line degradation of interested organic compound. The photo-degradation reaction of LMG in organic solvent media was approximately pseudo-first-order reaction. Mass spectrometric results showed that LMG was oxidized and converted into Malachite green (MG) when irradiated with UV lamp. A series of demethyl derivatives were also found as the MG was further shined with UV lamp.
