摘　　要：文章阐述了图书馆员2.0的职业内涵,探讨了2.0馆员在高校图书馆的角色定位,和需要掌握的专业技能,研究了在目前高校馆的现状下,采取多种渠道和方法培养2.0馆员,以期促进图书馆2.0事业的建设发展。The article elaborated the librarian 2.0 professional connotations,discussed 2.0 librarians in the university library role localization,with specialized skill which needs to grasp,studied in under the present university hall present situation,used many kinds of channels and the method trains 2.0 librarians,promoted the library 2.0 enterprise construction development by the time.
