信息不对称条件下市场资源信息的公开探析

摘　　要：随着信息化的推进,信息不对称问题日益严重,资源信息的公开是所有证券投资者必须面对的问题。本文运用了市场经济理论中的信息不对称理论,以证券市场为切入点,研究分析了信息公开对促进证券市场的健康发展与保护国家与广大中小股东的利益具有重要的意义。并提出了解决市场信息不对称的几点建议。With the informatization development,the information asymmetry problem becomes more and more serious;all investors must face the problem.Based on the information asymmetry theory of market economy,from the securities market,this paper discussed the important significance of the promotion function to the healthy development of the securities market and protection of the interests of small and medium shareholders.It also put forward some suggestions to solve the market information asymmetry problems.
