摘　　要：通过对上海应用技术学院图书馆信息资源现状的调查,分析了图书馆为用户提供信息资源和服务的内容和方式。并以此为基础,提出了依托文献资源保障体系的图书馆,应加强馆藏资源建设、提供更具有针对性的用户服务的几点建议。On the basis of the investigation and of status quo of information resources in Shanghai Institute of Technology Library,it elaborated the university library to provide users with content information resources and services and means.And on this basis,the author suggested that building of library resources should be strengthened to provide more focused user service by relying on the library resources security system.
