摘　　要：居家养老是我国长期存在的主要的养老方式。研究适合于居家养老住宅的居住空间是建筑设计领域面临的必然问题。文章分析老年人对住宅空间的生理、心理需求,总结出居家养老住宅居住空间应具备的功能要求,对城市老年家庭结构下的居住模式进行了分类和研究,归纳出居家养老居住模式下的空间模式,设计对应的住宅空间组合简图并进行了分析和说明。Elderly home care is main elderly care method that exists for a long time in China. Studying the residential space that suitable for elderly home care residences is the inevitable problem faced by the architectural design field. The article analyzes the physiological and psychological need of the elderly for residential space, summarizes the functional requirements for residential space of elderly home care residences, clas- sifies and studies the residential mode under the urban aged family structure, sums up the space mode under elderly home care residential mode, designs the corresponding residential space combination diagram and conducts the analysis and explanation.
