摘　　要：当前,保障性住房建设已成为国家住房政策的重点,社会各界正积极探寻其建设模式和实施策略。EPC模式具有减少工程项目建设各个阶段之间的矛盾、缩短建设工期和节约投资等优点,将其应用到保障性住房建设中,可以有效地促进保障性住房的建设。文章在阐述EPC模式的内涵和特征的基础上,提出了保障性住房建设项目EPC模式的结构设计思路,具有较高的适用性和可行性。Currently, indemnificatory housing construction has become the focus of national housing policy; all circles in the society are actively exploring the construction mode and implementation strategy. EPC mode has the advantages of reducing the contra- diction between all stages of engineering project construction, shortening the construc- tion period and saving investment; can effectively promote the indemnificatory housing construction. On the basis of setting forth connotation and characteristics of EPC mode, the article puts forward the structure design idea of EPC mode of indemnificatory hous- in~ construction nroiect_ has hi^her armlicabilitv and feasibilitv.
