摘　　要：提出了基于NIOS Ⅱ处理器的大规模矩阵开关的设计原理与实现方法,介绍了矩阵开关的特点和结构,重点论述了NIOS Ⅱ处理器和矩阵开关电路的设计。最后,说明了设计的矩阵开关在板级测试系统中的应用及其效果。The design and the realization of massive matrix switch module based on NIOS Ⅱ , are introduced in this paper. It describes the peculiarity and structure of the matrix switch, and focuses on the design of the embedded CPU NIOS Ⅱ and the circuit of matrix switch. The application and effect that the matrix switch is used in a board-level test system, is given at last.
