摘　　要：作为培育高素质人才摇篮的高等学府,创新自身建设,提高教师的教学创新能力,努力使大学生具有自主创新能力,适应时代发展的需求。针对当前学生学习态度松懈与越发严重的作业抄袭现象,提出了"一人一题"制作业方式,对于提高学习动力,增强创新意识和能力,避免恶劣的作业抄袭现象均有较好的效果。As a cradle for cultivating high-quality talents,it is very important for the colleges and universities to innovate self-construction,improve the teachers＇ innovation ability and train the students＇ independent innovation ability to adapt to the needs of the development of the times.Based on the phenomena of lax learning attitude and increasingly serious homework plagiarism in today＇s college students,the idea of ＂different homework for different students＂ is proposed in the hope of improving the students＇ learning motivation,strengthening their innovation consciousness and ability,and avoiding deteriorative plagiarism.
