摘　　要：摩洛哥是世界上重要的渔业国家,其200海里专属经济区和外海是著名的优良渔场,渔业资源丰富。长期以来,中、摩两国在渔业领域有着良好的合作。本文对摩洛哥渔业现状、对外渔业合作和渔业发展中面临的一些问题进行了论述。Morocco is the important fishery country of the world. Its 200 nautical miles EEZ （exclusive economic zone ） and open sea is famous excellent fishery, it has wealthy fishery resources. Ever since a long time ago, China and Morocco keep a benign cooperation. This article made a discussion about Morocco fishery status, fishery cooperation and some problems in the fishery development to outside.
