摘　　要：改革开放以来,国际分工深化发展日益成为中国产业结构演进偏离国际一般模式的重要驱动力量,运用逻辑演绎与实证研究相结合的方法剖析全球价值链分工作用于中国产业发展的效应与机制。研究发现,全球价值链分工作为驱动中国产业结构国际化的主导机制,对中国产业升级和结构演化偏离国际经验产生了直接影响,而中国特殊的制度变迁模式又放大了产业结构演化的路径依赖以及国际分工的作用。研究的政策寓意是,应该把原先倚重的外向型产业发展模式转变为外向与内向驱动有效结合的平衡型产业发展模式。From the perspective of international division of labor,the paper analyzes the causes of China＇s industrial structure deviating from the general international pattern,and uses interpretation and analysis of empirical research methods studying how the global value chain effects China＇s industrial development.The paper has found out that the global value chain d division,as the leading international mechanism for the evolution of China＇s industrial upgrading and structural deviation from the international experience,has a direct impact,and our special institutional change has strengthened the evolution of path dependence.
