摘　　要：近年来,随着社会经济快速发展,人为活动加剧,对重庆市"四山"地区的生态环境带来了前所未有的威胁和破坏。重庆市"四山"管制区歌乐山镇控制性详细规划运用城乡统筹的思想,大胆创新,科学规划,从城乡用地功能、用地空间布局、生态环境保护、规划编制与实施等方面对规划编制方法进行探索,有效保证了规划区的城乡统筹发展。With fast social and economic development, human activities have posed enormous threat to ＂four mountains＂ ecological area in Chongqing. Geleshan town regulatory plan uses urban rural integration concepts, makes scientific plans, studies plan compilation in urban rural land use, spatial layout, ecological environment preservation, plan compilation and implementation, and guarantees integrate development for the planned area.
