摘  要:以野生辣椒(小米椒M)和不同果型辣椒代表性品种为试材,在人工控制环境下,研究了低温对辣椒幼苗(五叶一心)内部生化指标的影响。结果表明:低温胁迫处理下,随着时间的延长,辣椒叶片内脯氨酸含量极明显地高于对照,低温胁迫下其含糖量都明显上升,小米椒M冷害指数最小,抗冷性最好,牛角椒419和朝天椒HZ冷害指数比较接近,抗冷性次之,灯笼椒431冷害指数最大,抗冷性最差。综合评定野生辣椒(小米椒M)耐低温能力强,各项指标均优于其它辣椒品种。With the wild species (Capsicum frutescens) and the representative cultivars with different fruit types as materials, the effects of low temperature on the biochemical indices of chili seedlings were stud- ied in artificially controlled condition. The results showed that the proline content in low -temperature treated chili leaves was very significantly higher than that of the control and the content of soluble sugar increased significantly, too. Capsicumfrutescens had the best tolerance to low temperature with the minimum chilling injury index; second were 419 and HZ; 431 had the worst tolerance. On the whole, Capsicum frutescens had the highest tolerance to low temperature with all the indices superior to those of the cultivars.
