摘　　要：对卫生纸生产的多余白水经适当处理后作为牛卡纸生产车间的用水进行了小试和生产试验。结果表明,卫生纸生产白水经适当处理后作为牛卡纸生产车间的用水是可行的,既解决了卫生纸生产中多余白水的排放问题,又节约了牛卡纸的生产用水,每年节水量约为87.5万t,且不影响牛卡纸的质量。In order to improve the water using efficiency in a mill containing tissue paper plant and kraft paper plant.The effluent of tissue paper plant was used to take the place of fresh water in kraft paper plant.Experiments were carried out in the two paper plants.The problem of foams and spots were found and analyzed,the solution was proposed.The results showed that these two paper plants can implement water recycling by using simple process and rebuilt equipments.
