摘  要:以1 a生马蔺幼苗为试材,研究了盐胁迫对马蔺叶片中保护性酶活性和可溶性蛋白表达的影响。结果表明:叶片SOD、POD和CAT酶活性对NaCl胁迫的响应随着时间的延长和胁迫浓度的增加表现为先升高后降低的趋势。SDS-聚丙烯凝胶电泳对可溶性蛋白表达结果表明,盐胁迫抑制了一些蛋白质的表达,但也诱导产生了一些新的谱带,这可能与马蔺的抗盐性有关。Iris lactea var.chinensis 1 year old seedlings was used as test material,the effects of salt stress on protective enzyme activities and soluble protein expression in the leaves were studied.The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT increased first and then decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration and prolonging of time.The protein expression was studied by using SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,the results showed that expression of some kinds of protein was restrained under salt stress,and there were some specific bands formed,which may have relation with the salt-resistant ability of Iris lacteavar.chinensis.
